- analysis of the quality management system by the management to ensure corrective and preventive actions;
- continuous control and monitoring of all processes operating at the company;
- making available to the staff the importance of meeting customer requirements;
- search and discover of markets to extension of scope of using of the products;
- preventing the negative impact of the company on society and the environment.

- continuous improvement of the Quality Management System;
- ensure full correspondence between competence of staff and his work;
- search for new technologies and improving existing through modernization of equipment and the use of new materials;
- ensuring recognition of the company thanks to appropriate advertising.
